The age on this toy says 2+. I bought it for my 3 year old becuase I thought it looked fun and love the idea of teaching him about motion. However, the steering wheel doesn't control the tires unless you're only about a foot away from 'Billy'. Unless I missed something somewhere in the directions, this toy does not do what it it supposed to do. With that said, the forward/backward/horn buttons do the trick and my son still enjoys moving Billy and honking the horn. He just has to move the vehicle when he runs it in to something ;)

The 2 1/2 year old child to whom the Billy Fun Wheels was given LOVED it. It is a great first R/C toy for a toddler.

I bought this for my 25 month old son for Christmas. I have never been so unhappy with a toy! I was looking forward to this being the "hot item" Christmas toy. I knew I was returning it as soon as I put the batteries in. The car doesn't work at all. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money. Huge disappointment.

We bought this for my 2.5 year old son for Christmas. He has enjoyed the toy but I will admit that it seems hard for him to steer. He doesn't seem to mind this too much and is happy to watch the car go forward and backward but no one can quite get the hang of making it turn. For the price though, it's a fun toy for his age group and it appears to be pretty durable.

This is a great product but a little confusing for a 2 year old to figure out how to steer the car. Also it makes a very loud clicking noise when it gets stuck which isn't so great when your baby is trying to sleep and your 2 year old decides to play with the car. The good thing is my son has not broke it yet and he is very ruff on things.

We got this gift for a two year old son for his birthday, but I think our 6 year old daughter enjoys it more! I think he will grow into it in the next few months. He hasn't figured out how to work the remote, but he will sit and watch his sister play with it. You do have it be within 6-8 feet of the car with the remote for it to work the best.

Overall good "first" remote controlled car for toddlers. It doesn't have a very far radius though with regards to the signal strength of the remote. Works well and is made well.

Our "just" two year old grandson enjoyed tooting the horn more than trying to manueuver the car. It's colorful and a great starter remote control vehicle but it is still too early for a young two year old.

This is a fun toy for a two year old! It keeps the attention of my active 2 year old. It is well made with cool features! Dad and my son have fun with it.

Great remote controlled car - my 21 month old son can use the steering wheel, push the forward and backward buttons, and the horn and LOVES it! It's small, well constructed and a great value! Lots of fun!

My 4 year old grandson assisted me in unpackaging, inserting the batteries and test driving....He caught on quickly how to drive Billy BigWheels. His 20 mth old brother got into the action and began to learn forward and backwards, turns. Then a 10 year friend visited, it was fun to watch 3 boys taking turns, enjoying the sounds and flashing lights of this cute car, which is a nice chunky size, colorful and is equipped with a turning radius, (I think thats what its called)! Highly recommended for interactive, long term, fun.

We bought these as Christmas gifts for our 3-year-old & 4-year-old. We have all had a blast playing with them. The only problem is they are on the same frequency, so the cars & remotes have to be in separate rooms (or at least 10 feet apart) or either remote will interefere with the other car. A minor problem for a super-fun toy!
