      I was given the Cradle by my Dr. I had no clue how to put it on. Then even under my clothes you can see the straps that come across your chest. I feel I have more back pain with it on then not and my baby dislikes it too. I wouldn't recommend this product.

      Merchant response: We apologize that you are having problems with the Best Cradle. We found the following information from the manufacturer's website and hope this helps: “Both the Prenatal Cradle and Best Cradle are worn over the bra and underneath the panties so there is no need to adjust during frequent trips to the bathroom. Start by holding with big label facing up. Make sure the two shoulder straps are coming out of the top of label (if not turn label around). Place your head through the center of two bands and your hands/arms on either side of the two bands. Pull the main support band down into place under your tummy. Straighten any twisted bands and find the position most comfortable to you.” Also, please check our website under "Details" to make sure you have the size needed for you.       This product came with no instruction on how to put it on. It rides up your back. The straps that go under your breasts get all bound up and are very uncomfortable. It is hot on your back. The only good thing I can say is it eases lower back pain.

      This product really does feel like your putting your hands under your stomach! My ankles, back, and waist feel much better, and nobody notices the belt! (although, people have asked how I keep my posture so good even though I'm pregnant!) 1 million thumbs up, and even more than that!
