Why is our Cozy Cub® fleece winter hat such a favorite with parents? Because unlike others, it stays put! Provides full coverage, but so soft and lightweight, kids don't mind wearing it. Works as a winter hat, earmuffs, and scarf in one, warming tiny ears, heads, and necks. For a custom fit and longer wear, both the ear flaps and elastic back are adjustable. The generous brim shields little faces from wind and snow. Static-resistant, so no flyaway hair. Made of premium, pill-resistant fleece, with a hook 'n loop fastener under the chin. Machine wash.       I bought this hat for my 8 month old grandson. I had it monogrammed and it looked wonderful! The construction is durable, fits and looks great! It snowed right after he got it so he wore it out on his first sledding adventure.

        Sizing is quite large - my son has a big head but this was still too big for him! Though everything else is great, covers his ears, the "bill" blocks the sun (cause he won't keep sunglasses on). So, it's a good hat, and since it's big it'll last a while.

        Overall the hat is great! It covers the ears to keep out the winter wind and the velcro strips that attach under the chin allow for different lengths. My only SMALL complaint is that the bill of the hat is too low or too big. It blocks my sons vision so I have to snap it up, which just looks goofy.

        I should have got the one without the hat bill so I didn't have this issue. Oh well!

          My little girl takes off anything we put on her head, so we bought this because of the Velcro strap. It's perfect! She can't get it off and eventually gives up on trying, and the bill over the eyes keeps the snow and sun from getting into her eyes.

                                This hat is a good idea except for one thing - the velcro closure. It wears down too quickly and doesn't allow for a very snug fit. Also my toddler can undo it whenever he wants. I am not sure why they make all kids clothes with velcro - use snaps!
