      These mitts do make it easier to hold a baby in the tub, so I would primarily buy this product for safety. The surface area is small, so using them for washing is not as effective as using a wash cloth. Also, they are on the small side so they would not fit large hands and are somewhat difficult to take off. I would recommend them simply for the purpose of making baths safer because wearing them really improves your grip on the baby.
