We were excited to get this gate to use in front of my 20 month olds doorway to his room. When it arrived one of the metal bars was bent and another area of the gate was broken. It looked like we were sent a gate that someone else returned. We returned that gate no problem (had to pay for shipping which was $12.00) and got a full refund. I have ordered a few other products from this company and personally to me the products seem a little on the cheap side and not made of good quality. Not sure if I will order anything again from this company.

This gate is great for doorways but not top of stairs we have one there and it is so wobbly that I am replacing it with a mesh gate which I love!!!!! I am so scared that my 15 month old daughter will lean on it and it will break and she will fall down stairs

Son and friend had a hard time getting it to work right. Pieces were cracked and they finally just took it down and it sits in the hallway unused.

We have used this gate on our stairs for 6 months and now have to buy another. The adjustable height feature does not work well because the plastic latches that adjust the height crack easily, and the gate will not stay in the same place. Also, the gate is NOT childproof! My 3 year old quickly figured out how to undo the latch after we installed it, which was not too much of a problem since he knows how to climb stairs well. Now, my 21-month old can also open the gate by himself. I am quickly trying to find a replacement before we have a serious accident with our toddler falling down the stairs.

The gate itself seems nice enough and is easy to install. However, every single plastic part on the gate had cracks. I don't know how sturdy the gate will be after some use because of all the cracked plastic. I would not recommend this gate.

For the most part we like it, however, you have to make sure to pull up on door piece to make level to close easy.

I like the ease of installation and the fact that I can easily open it one-handed but I wish that the opening of the gate was wider. I cannot even fit a small laundry basket through, let alone myself and my child.
