This is an excellent way to introduce more solid foods, even when your infant is much too young for solids. My daughter took to this before even taking to purees off a spoon. I think this helped her get a taste for something other than milk. It also helps with hand-eye coordination and practice for self-feeding.
Use a skinned, soft apple or a melon slice.
Note: the bag may discolor when an apple is allowed to oxidize in the container.

I had to order extra bags because we use it daily so if you are ordering the started kit- order extra bags now- you will need them. Everyone who sees my son using this wants to know were to get one.
I would NOT recommend putting bananas into bags or anything of same consistancy - it gets way too messy. Stick to the more firm fruits.

Well found exactly the same product at a store for less the price. But have to say that it is great for solids like grapes and strawberries etc.

This is great for teething cookies and you can be at ease that they won't choke on them. You can also put fruit in it. It does get a little messy but its so worth it!! Get one!

Great option to clean or throw away after a few uses. You must clean them right after you use them, especially after banana which will turn brown and be hard to clean. I froze bananas and juice blocks and both worked well.

Love them! Great for the little one who wants to eat, but choking is still a threat. My daughter is 9 months, but with no teeth. She's ready for "real" food, and with these bags, she can eat whole food and a healthy variety (canteloupe, honeydew, apples, carrots, etc.), without us worrying about choking hazards.

This product was a great, safe way to introduce new foods to my baby without fear of choking. My six-month old quickly learned to use it independently. The only drawback is that the mesh bags are very difficult to clean-by hand or in the dishwasher. Food gets trapped in the net and it stains easily thus it always looks dirty even after a good cleaning. I still recommend this product despite the drawback.

This product is great! My husband and i like to put chunks of bananas, teething biscuits, pretty much anything in these. They are a pain to clean, but they work awesome!

This is great for infants on up can freeze juices in ice cube trays then place in holders or slice fresh fresh fruit and vegetables and put in. This is great for a gift.

I really like the feeder, but these bags stain easily and they look dingy after just using them once. Aside from that, I would recommend this product and use it again.

This is a really great concept. I use it for my 10 month old twin boys. The only problem is they are difficult to clean. I put a banana in them and I had to throw the bags away because you can never get all of the banana out of them. Also, they stain so they appear to be unsanitary after a while. I also think maybe adding a wriststrap would be a great idea because my boys drop them a lot and I have trouble with the idea of letting them put them back in their mouths after I pick them up off of the floor.
