At first glance we thought this would be a great activity seat for our 5 month old to use. The spinning tray is the main reason we purchased this product. Wow, what a complete disapointment.
Plain and simple - the tray does not spin. When the tray locks into the groove on the seat, the tray and the seat are basically plastic on plastic and the friction that is caused prevents the tray from being able to spin. I'm not talking about a slow spinning tray - this tray just does not spin freely. Even an adult must actually muscle this tray to spin. I can't blame this on a defective model as we exchanged for a second one from OneStepAhead. The second one was no different. Reviews from other retailers do mention this flaw. Any reviewer that tells you this tray spins easy enough that the child can spin it is simply not telling the truth. I urge parents to be aware of this flaw and for One Step Ahead to test this item and then remove it from their catalog.

I like the idea, but the toy tray is a bit flimsy, big sister leaning on it could pose a problem!

Maybe she's too little..at times it seems like she doesn't like it, although loves the toys. I have her sit on it every day for 15 to 20 minutes.

She's fairly young and cannot yet sit on her own.

I use this product to feed my 7 month old it works great but after having it for a month and washing it several tmes it still have a strong smell to the seat and the toys she put in her mouth. not to happy about that.

Our little girl is 6 months old. Her babysitter was delighted when we brought this chair over. She uses it as a feeding and play station. It has been very handy. The tray has non-removeable toys and they get a little sticky but overall we are very happy with this chair.

I bought this for my youngest child to use, but since she is not ready for it yet, I thought her sister could use it as a booster seat for a few months. I was very disappointed that it adds virtually no height to the chair it is strapped to. The main purpose of a booster seat is to "boost" the child up to the level of the table, and this doesn't come close. [...] Now I'm just hoping it works well as an infant support seat when my baby is ready for it. So far I can't see any reason it wouldn't work for that.

The 3 stage super seat has helped me out greatly. My 6-month year old is non-stop, so the seat gives me another place to put him where he is entertained. It has also taught him how to sit on his own. When I put him the playpen he can now sit on his own, where as before he would tip over immediately. I've also been able to feed him on there, move him from place to place in the seat and feel comfortable that he is safe.

My aunt gave this to me when my third son was born. He just turned 6 months old and he loves to sit and play in it. He enjoys the bee inside the ball and spins it constantly. It was so nice to have something to keep him occupied while I was doing chores.

I got this as a shower gift and I love it. My son used it till he got to big and now my second child is using it and she loves it too. It has a spinning tray that goes around it with toys attached. The kids both loved the toys. You can take the tray off if needed. The tray front comes off easily for getting your baby in and out of the chair. The chair is also very sturdy. Love it A+

BG got this at 5 months old. It is great for feeding, attaches to chair. Is portable. She likes the toys but she would rather stand up and play in her exersaucer. She is very content without the tray. It is safe and stable.

Fantastic seat. My 4 month old felt like a big boy looking all around being able to sit up in his sturdy seat. He likes to sit at the table with us and interact while we are eating dinner. He is also intrigued by the fun toys attached.

Gave to daughter's as Christmas gift for new grandbabies. Daddy's unwrapped Christmas eve night, and in a few was being enjoyed by g-kids. Thank you-nana

Our son was too tall for a Bumbo (the back was not high enough to support his spine) but this seat is fabulous! We put him in this when he was about 4 months old after the pediatrician recommended using toys that would help build his core muscles. This helped him quickly strengthen his core muscles (and has given his parents some hands-free time too)! He loves the toys that come with the toy ring, and we put some of his other small grasping toys on the ring as well to add some variety. (He's discovered how fun it is to drop those loose toys over the edge too!) This has been a great alternative to the Bumbo for us, and will be helpful as he grows since the inner foam seat is removable to accomodate his (quickly) growing body. The seat can also be attached to a chair to use as a booster seat which is also very handy - especially for trips to his Nana's house!

The only con is that the toy ring is a bit of a pain to stow away because it's a little bulky with the toys attached. (They don't snap on and off which would be nice.) But that is a SMALL price to pay for such a fabulous product!!

Bought this for my 4 month year old to start using soon. She likes it for the most part, going to start using it more in the next few months. She loves the toys that are attached.
