Continental US - Delivery Time & Charges per address

(For in-stock items shipped within continental US) Standard, Two Day, and Next Day delivery is available within the continental United States. Delivery address must be a valid residential or business address. For deliveries to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please contact Customer Service (Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm CST) for delivery times and charges.

Estimated standard delivery time is based on zip code in the continental US, and is calculated during checkout process after a shipping address is entered. Drop-ship items may take up to 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please note the delivery time on the product page. Delivery charges are per address and delivery times are for in-stock items.

Two Day & Next Day orders placed prior to 2:30pm CST (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Two Day & Next Day deliveries are made until 7:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Two Day & Next Day delivery is not available on select items including all drop-ship items.

Additional pricing and/or delivery times may apply on drop-ship, gift wrapped, personalized or oversized items. Please see information on special cases below.

Some items are subject to additional shipping charges based on their method of shipment, size, and/or destination.

Extended Areas - Delivery Time & Charges per address

Standard delivery is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Delivery address must be a valid residential or business address. For deliveries to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please contact Customer Service (Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm CST) for delivery times and charges.

Standard Delivery is not available on select items including some oversize and drop-ship items. Please contact Customer Service (Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm CST) for additional delivery options to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Orders shipping to Canada are billed in US dollars Recipients are responsible for paying Canadian duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees upon receipt of package.

International Delivery

Standard delivery is available to 215 countries. For all international orders (except Canada) a shipping quote is required. Sales Tax

Sales tax (8.0%) is required for all Illinois orders.

Drop-ship Items

Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Drop-ship items may have a standard delivery surcharge and may take up to 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Drop-ship items cannot ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO, and select drop-ship items can ship only to the continental US. Shipping surcharges and delivery information specific to the product can be found by clicking the "Extra Shipping" button on the product page. Two Day & Next Day delivery is not available on all drop-ship items.

Oversize Items

Oversize items are subject to special shipping surcharges. Oversize items cannot ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO, and select oversize items can ship only to the continental US. Shipping surcharges and delivery information specific to the product can be found by clicking the Shipping tab on the product page.

Personalization

Personalization is available on select items noted with the "Personalization" icon. Be certain to refer to specific product pages to see examples of personalization by specific product as personalization varies by product. Due to the custom work involved, orders with personalized items will require up to 3 additional business days above the expected delivery time. (Note: Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged, unless item is defective)

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available on most items that do not require additional shipping surcharges or are not drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Due to the custom work involved, orders with gift wrapping selected may add an additional business day to the expected delivery time.
