Return for a Refund

We guarantee every item we sell! If you would like to return an item for a refund of the purchase price, you may do so at anytime. For complete information see our PDF Return/Exchange Form. For your protection, ship the item and the packing slip (or our PDF Return/Exchange Form) via insured parcel post, UPS or Federal Express Ground to the address below. Please Note: Postage, handling and return shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items may not be returned, unless the item is defective.

We offer Quick Exchanges! When exchanging one item from another, simply phone Customer Service and we'll place a credit card order for the replacement item. Once we receive the original item through our returns processing center you will be reimbursed for the returned item. For complete information see our PDF Return/Exchange Form. (Quick Exchange does not apply to drop shipped items.)

Returns or Exchanges Involving Groupon Vouchers

If you wish to return an item purchased with a Groupon voucher for an exchange, simply phone Customer Service and we'll place a credit card order for the replacement item. Once we receive the original item through our returns processing center you will be reimbursed for the full promotional value of the Groupon voucher (For example, if your Groupon voucher was $20 for $40 worth of items, the promotional value is $40 and the face value is $20). If you wish to return an item purchased with a Groupon voucher for a refund, and the refund amount exceeds the portion paid for with a credit card, we will issue a merchandise certificate up to the face value of the Groupon voucher (For example: if your Groupon voucher was $20 for $40 worth of items, and you purchased $50 in items but returned $35 worth, you can either exchange for $35 worth of items, or be refunded $10 to your credit card and issued a $20 merchandise certificate).
