Leaps and Bounds Response: Thank you for your feedback. Generally speaking any pressure mounted gate should not be used at the top of stairs for safety reasons. Please note our Safety Gate Selection Guide online. You can find it along the right hand side of the screen in the light blue border when you pull up any gate. Please also feel free to contact our Customer Service Department who can help you select the correct gate for your application.
