We love these pads. Bought 3 so that I could always have a clean one while we were night time potty training. They have worked very well for us. I will add that in the summer months we had some issues with condensation under the pad. Sometimes the sheets and full waterproof mattress protector we used under our dri nights pads were damp. This was not urine, just condensation from my son sweating at night. Also, the pads will not remain waterproof if laundered inappropriately. They must be washed in warm or cold water and they must NOT be dried on anything over medium/low heat or the backing will pucker and the pads will leak. Line drying works well too of course. Ours haven't leaked at all and we eliminated the condensation issue by using a lighter weight blanket and cooling our son's room a bit more on hot nights. Since then, not a bit of moisture under these pads. I highly recommend them.

We're using this for nighttime bedwetting. I was looking for a really large pad since my kids move around a lot in their sleep, so I was disappointed that this pad wasn't as wide as the picture made it look. However it has been big enough to almost always stay under my son at night. It has leaked through once or twice, but those could have been exceptional nights. Overall it is very handy and I'm glad I bought them. Buy two so you can change from one to the other in the middle of the night!

This mattress pad is so easy to use and clean. It has saved me so much time and energy since I don't have to change the sheets! I also use it as a "play mat" while potty-training. It has saved me from a lot of carpet cleaning. It's great to use while traveling, too. I bought two and they have been well-worth it for me.

Whenever our 3 years old gets wet on this so-called mattress protector, everything underneath gets wet as well. Since we already spent the money on it we always put it on the bed, but it is useless. Do not waist your money on it. The idea is great but the products it is NOT waterproof.

The first thing that you need to know is that I'm the busy mom of a toddler. I bought three mattress covers, believing that they were waterproof. I read the reviews saying that they leaked, but I thought that those people just weren't using them correctly, as the mattress pads are marketed as "waterproof." Boy was I WRONG! During a month of use and about 20 washings these pads leaked every time. I'll admit that they're soft, and hold up well to standard washing and drying. But by morning, urine would always leak through to the mattress. I called One-Step-Ahead. Thankfully, customer service requested that I send the pads back for a full refund. Shame on me for not believing the reviews of others.

This is a great product. Prevents me from having to change sheets in the middle of the night. However, the waterproof lining of the pads I bought 2 years ago have disintegrated. Still, they lasted 2 years and worked great!!

I have a chronic bedwetter and I ordered this product years ago. IT lasted over several washings per week for years. It did finally wear out and I just bought another kind of protector from a local store. What a disappointment. I have tried a few others and none compare to the mattress protector from One Step Ahead. It is very absorbent and it really does wash well, very easy to use and it does stay in place!!! Worth every penny.

Right now we are not potty training at night but I wanted to be ready. We are using it down on the floor in the living room and one on a chair so when she is wearing her potty training pants and there is a small leak it doesn't get on the furniture or the carpet. She knows to stay on them while watching tv or playing. Better than a regular matress pad because it lays flat and doesn't buckle because of corner pockets.

I have found this product very beneficial. I have used the bed pads for 5 years and just ordered two more. I like the ones I just ordered even better. The pad is wider and longer. I put the pad over the waterproof fitted mattress pad. With the fitted sheet on top and it stays in place. If the goodnights leak all I have to wash are the fitted sheet and the pad.
