Alaskan King Crab Legs

The icy waters off the coast of Alaska yield one of the greatest seafood treasures: Alaskan King Crabs. These sweet, tender Crab Legs are completely cooked and cleaned, ready to serve broiled with butter sauce.

Thawing: Thaw slowly to preserve the crab's delicate flavor. It is best to thaw in the refrigerator overnight the day before serving. Never defrost by running water over the package.

Preparation: Brush with butter and place under a preheated broiler. Broil 3-5" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Brush again with butter. Serve with additional butter if desired.

NOTE: King Crab Legs and Snow Crab Legs are glazed with a layer of ice to ensure freshness. This is not an indication of freezer burn.
