Introducing the thickest, comfiest foam play mat around! Big news: it's safety rated for all ages (not age 3 and up like others), so it will take baby from tummy time...through the crawling stage...to a childhood's worth of play. Unlike standard ½" thick mats, we made ours 5/8" thick for greater protection and durability. The cutouts pop out for educational fun — and we even added textures for sensory learning! Be aware: some other mats have dangerously small pieces (but ours are big, safe, and easy-to-grasp!). Tiles are 12" x 12". Assorted colors. Exclusively Ours! Wavy Edges and Corners sold separately.

Interlocking pieces may be used as a play mat or a puzzle. The tiles can be connected to form 3D blocks, and the cutouts pop out for learning play.

Pieces are larger, so they're safer, easier to pick up, and less likely to break or get lost. With rounded edges for strength and safety.

Each color has its own unique texture.

Made of dense, 5/8" EVA foam that wipes clean with a wet cloth

Tiles are 12" x 12"

Numbers (#12664), wavy edges (#12666), and corners (#12667) are each sold separately

When you first unwrap your mat, you may notice a "funny" foam smell. Don't be concerned; our mats are safe! (They've passed extensive safety testing.) Let the pieces air out for a few days, and the odor will dissipate.

This is our 2nd set - we are covering a portion of our tile floor office with these for our toddler's playroom this winter. They worked great at the bottom of the steps as she was learning that skill, too.

Great mat however manufacturer should have indicated how many edges/corners are needed. I ordered too many corners and not enough edges. Here's an idea, why not include the number you need in the order!

I bought this set, along with the numbers and edge/corner sets to cover the floor of my son's room and help him play safely and comfortably. It is an all around great product as it is colorful, sturdy, educational, and easy to clean all at once. My son has not yet figured out how to take the pieces apart, but I am sure in the future the mat pieces will be a great educational tool for him. I will definitely buy more pieces in the future.

love it.keep my infants interested and soft enough that I dont have to worry about them bonking too hard, since they are on the move.
Great for my toddler,loves the letters and is learning what each letter looks like.I originally bought the mat so that my carpet wouldnt be ruined by sippy cups and snacks and its doing a great job.Id say the only drawback is that the squares are a little small, so you do have to buy more to cover a large area but its the cutest mat Ive seen so I will definitely be buying more pieces.

It's a little too hard for use with an infant. My son is 7 months and he's crawling, standing and starting to walk so it was perfect for when he falls. It is a cushion but it is still a little hard.

He doesn't pay attention to the colors & textures as I thought he would but maybe he will as he gets older.

It is a very durable mat. Must get the edging and corners otherwise it just doesn't look finished.

These mats were just what we needed and wanted in the house. We didn't want our son just playing on our carpet (it's wool) and he was constantly rolling off onto the hardwood floor and this has helped us a lot! He loves the textures of the mat and it's also a great area for him to get started with his crawling We have a dog that likes to run around on the mats and, so far, they've held up to the pooch and our son just fine!

Researched several of these types of mats, and found this was the best quality - thicker and most durable. The colors are vibrant and bright, and create a safe play area in the toy room. The children love the letters, numbers and colors. I'd definitely recommend this product, and in fact ordered additional letters, numbers and wavy edges to increase the size of ours. The only complaint is that our kids use it constantly, and have worn through the knees of their pants. It's still worth it.

We love the mat! It makes our daughter's play area look great! The only thing I found annoying was that the edges only fit the mat when set up as a square. We ordered the 26 letter mat so we had 2 extra pieces at the bottom. The edges did not fit the sides. Same with the corner pieces. They only fit when the mat was put together as a square.

I thought this would be a great idea, it is colorful, fun, soft and cushiony. But it is not safe when your 18 month old trys to bit off pieces of it and eat them. It would be very dangerous if he did swallow a piece. Also, since they do come apart, I'm constantly trying to put them back together to use as a mat in his playroom. I feel bad that I spent a lot of money to complete the set and now I have to try and sell it.
