These were not available with the first Bumbo Seats, and what a wonderful additiion they have been. One of my young mothers who lives in a trailer, uses it as her little ones high chair.

I so wish I'd had this tray two years ago with my first baby! The tray is great for snacks and playing and with the Bumbo being so portable, it's like having a highchair anywhere in the house. Plus, the tray seems to discourage my baby from trying to 'pop' out of the Bumbo now that she's getting bigger. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because I find it a little bit difficult to put the tray on the seat when the baby is already sitting in the seat, but it's barely worth mentioning.

I really like this tray because I feel as though my daughter is more secure in the seat with it in place. She is also better entertained now that I can sit several objects on top of it and she can play with them without needing me to constantly rotate items out. She can pick and choose for herself. She isn't old enough to have finger foods yet, however, I do plan to use the tray for that reason later. I am very pleased with the item.

My son loves his Bumbo chair so much more with the play tray. It works great! He is 7 months old so he likes to hit his toys on the tray and it has been really sturdy! Easy to take on and off and clean!

Too much trouble to use

I couldn't slide my 6 month old in the seat when the tray was attached and I couldn't attach the tray while my kid was sitting the seat. This needs to be redesigned so that the tray can be attached after the child is in the seat. Maybe if my kid had skinnier legs it would've worked, but not with his thick baby thighs! Luckily I got this on sale so it isn't even worth the cost of a return.

I use the tray all the time for my bumbo. It is a perfect fit and is easy to get on and off. I use the tray to feed my baby while we are away from home. I bring this when we travel and it is much easier to bring then a high chair

Getting the bottom lip under the bumbo with the baby in the seat is a little difficult, but that is the design feature that keeps the baby safe, especially if he or she tries to arch while sitting. I can put up with that for safety. I wish the tray went farther around the sides.

My little 4 month old yanks this tray top off quite easily, it's become just another thing for me to retrieve. I wish the pieces fit together more snugly. When it stays together the tray seems nice to hold toys. Perhaps it will be useful for finger foods in the future.

I had the Bumbo chair for my son who is now almost three. I wish I had this tray back then. My four month old daughter started sitting in the chair at arond two and a half months. I got the tray a month ago and love it because she can play with toys easier. It helps her see the toy in front of her and allows her to try to reach out to grab it.
