Hard To Use, Poor Construction, Release Mechanism

Leaps and Bounds Response: Please make sure you follow the manufacturer's instructions. If installing over a stairway you must install so gate does not open out over the stairway. Also, when opening the gate you must first unlock the locking latch and pull up which then allows you to open the gate. Please refer to the instructions or contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
