I applied them to wooden corners and they have stayed stuck very well. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and hold pressure on it for a minute of 2 before allowing kids access. I also did NOT apply them in front of our 16-month-old, hoping he wouldn't be as interested in them. He still found them, but could not pull them off. [...]

I attached the corner cushions to wooden surfaces and they stuck really well. The area has to be clean, dry and you need to hold it down with constant pressure for a minute or two. Once it was on, our 16-month-old boy has tried to pull it off and can't. [...]

Do the manufacturers of this product know that it does not work?! We had to buy double-stick tape after the tape provided with the kit kept falling off, and even that did not hold the "bumpers" in place. This product cannot possibly protect our grandchildren if it constantly keeps falling off!

My son (12 months old) has just started walking and just yesterday (a week after installing these corners) he fell into the coffee table, hitting the side of his head right onto the newly-cushioned corner. It was a relief; he cried for a few seconds but then he was right back up toddling around again. The collision would have been significantly more painful/dangerous without these corner cushions! Also, they seem to be fairly secure so far; he has tried to pull at them a bit but gave up when they didn't move. I am sure eventually he'll figure out how to un-stick them, but so far that hasn't been an issue.

My inquisitive son ( a toddler)just pulled them off the corners and then chewed on them. I had to throw out the corner cushions. A waste of my money.

They may work for children just beginning to walk or not so curious children.

I purchased the corner and side cushions. The corner cushions have become teethers for my daughters molars. The side cushions also shrunk so they don't meet the corners anymore.

The adhesive was not strong enough to keep the corner guards in place. We only used the corner guards and not the other item that they were sellng along with it. But by themselves they did not last long. It is a game for my daughter to hurry up and try to get to them so she can pull them off.

I ordered these corner cushions along with the edge cushioning for our wooden rectangular coffee table. They went on easily but only lasted a week because our 10 month old figured out how to pull them off. The adhesive just wasn't strong enough, and at one point a corner piece fell off while he was trying to pull up. We just gave up and took the coffee table down in the basement.

We bought these corners because we were afraid of our son falling on the sharp corner of our coffee table. We have these corner guards on the table and it's saved some tears and bruises already! I'm glad that I bought them! The only con is that the adhesive tape it comes with is not baby proof. My toddler easily pulls them off.
