I originally received this stool as a gift for my daughter and I have since purchased two others for our goddaughters. It is easy to use and my daughter loves being able to reach the sink without my help. Now that she is a little older she carries it all over the house to help her reach things she needs.

My son was excited about this personalized stool from the beginning, and so are we. He enjoys " building" his name with the letters, and his pleasure in seeing what he has had a hand in carries over into making it more fun to wash his hands at the sink, which makes our job ( of making sure he washes his hands) a bit easier. So this stool does many things- teaches, elevates, and delights !

I have purchased and given 100 or more of these benches and they are well recieved by the parents and the child. It's a lasting gift. I have one that belongs to my first grandchild and it is now 18 years old and still being used. All 4 of my grandchildren have one as do all of my friends children and grandchildren...I LOVE giving this personal bench as a gift and will continue to do so.....I just ordered one today and will be ordering two more next week.....Thank you.. The stool and puzzle pieces were not made of solid wood but a cheaper material with just a thin piece of veneer on the top. Very disappointed – my oldest received this stool a few years ago and everything was solid wood like what is still shown on the picture posted on the website. We are now looking for a different company to obtain the same quality stool for my youngest.

My child had one of these personalized stools which she enjoyed throughout her early childhood. She played with it as a puzzle and it helped her to learn to spell her name. It was a nice decorative touch in her room and then eventually useful to reach the bathroom sink. I have given many of these as gifts and they are always greatly appreciated.

My 21 month old son uses this in front of the sink - he loves being able to step up and brush his teeth. He also likes the loose letters, we can tell its helping him learn his letters.

Great stool, well made ... and most importantly ... if your 4 yr old flushes one of his little brother's 'letters' down the toilet (the plumber retrieved it after an hour or so of trying to dislodge it from the interworkings of the toilet - but we don't want to use it!) ... the manufacturer will replace the letter for only [$]!

My daughter is still an infant, so she isn't using the stool yet, but I love it. I'm a petite female, so it is great for me to use to reach the top shelf of her closet. I was impressed with how sturdy it is, and it looks great in the nursery. I'm sure our daughter will get a lot of use out of it when she is older.
