We bought this key set over a year ago for our oldest son (3 yr old). All the sounds still work, the painting is still on each of the buttons (starting to wear off), all of this and I can't count the number of times the keys have been "cleaned". They are great for pretend play, motor skills, etc. I would buy these again and have bought them for gifts.

These keys are much more fun and realistic than any other play keys I've ever seen! My daughter loves the fact that the "key" part is actually made of metal like real ones. At the same time, they are not sharp like real keys! The push button remote is just like mine, but now she can push all the buttons without fear of setting off my car alarm!

My 6 month old son loves this toy but its a bit heavy for him to play with or hold onto easily. They keys are metal and realistic. I wish they were a bit shorter in length. My son easily gags himself with them and I have had to put them away until he is a little bit older. They say they are for ages 6 months and up but I would wait until at least 9 months when they have the strength and coordination to hold onto these easier. They are heavy and big for little hands (and mouths.)

This is a wonderful toy for my everything-goes-in-the-mouth 14-month-old. However, within the first 30 minutes he had stumbled and the metal key cut his lip. We now use it in the stroller and/or car seat and the sounds and the keys keep him occupied for quite a while.

We gave these to my son on his first birthday and he loves them!! He and his friend, Kira, even began fighting over them!! The keys are SO REAL and the keypad is great, a little BIG, bulky, but, he doesnt care, so, good for us!!

My daughter loves to play with these keys. She loves the light and the realistic sounds the keys make. My mother is a little concerned that the metal keys could be dangerous - although they are not sharp. They are made of real metal, and are hard. So far, it has not been an issue. My daughter is 1 year old.

My daughter (9 months) loves my car keys but is completely bored with plastic keys. This key set not only has the same "feel" as the cold metal (must feel good on her gums) but also has fun buttons that make sounds. She holds "mommy's keys" while we drive to day care.

My daughter tries to put the keys in her mouth because she is teething, but it is too heavy and bulky. She gets frustrated and goes on to something else. She has even hit her self with it and started crying because it is too hard.

I purchased this product for my 1 year old grandson. He loves playing with his parents sets of keys, but we were cautious about the chances of him hurting himself on the keys. As soon as he opened this gift, he got the biggest grin, sat right down and started pushing the buttons and laughing at the sound effects. It's one of his favorite toys and his parents keep it in the car to entertain him on trips. It makes it easier to buckle him in his carseat, because he is so busy playing with his keys!
