I love this car seat. My son hated car rides until this car seat. It's very roomy and safe. I have two--one for my car and one for grandma's or dad's.

We originally bought the decathalon car seat by Britax and then my parents wanted one to keep at their house so we bought this one. For my second child I will definitely buy the marathon...it's cheaper and the only difference is the decathalon has more removable cushions that out toddler doesn't use anymore anyway. I guess the cushions would be good if you were putting an infant in the seat but we just kept out infants in their stroller carseats until they grew out of them.

This carseat is worth every penny! It installs easily, even in older vehicles that do not have self locking seatbelts. The cover is machine washable, and very durable. We have the Cowmooflauge Marathon by Britax, and love every feature. My 2 1/2 year old has loved it since he was 6 months old. I find the velcro tabs on the seat sides to be a very ingenious idea for keeping the shoulder straps back when putting your infant or squirming toddler in. I also love the different cover colors and themes. I will buy another seat for my newborn this winter!

"Can't put a price on my childs safety"

My child loves his seat. It is easy to adjust when he goes from a sweatshirt to a winter coat. It is so easy to clean, I even bought an extra cover so we can change the look. I have used it for 3 years now and it still looks like new. At first I wasn't so sure with this being my last of five children it was worth spending the extra money on but, after all the research I did, I would pay it again.
