Comments about 2 Virtues Blankeaze:
The only concern I had was that it would be too small when I received it, not at all! My son's going into 6-9 month cloths and the 6-12 months of this blanket was perfect, and tons of room to grow. I don't have to worry about him getting under his blankets anymore.

I sent this back as soon as I opened it up. I can't imagine having to sleep with that big bulky zipper at my neck, there's no way I'm making my 6 month old do it! Wow, really disappointed and surprised more parents can't see that this would be not only uncomfortable but down right dangerous having a large zipper stabbing a kid in the back of the neck!
I love this product. The elastic and stiching fell apart around the legs, but OSA was great about replacing it for me. I wish they had a size larger than 3T and that they made summer version. My 2 year old loved wearing it all winter. I'm hoping he'll fit into it again this winter as he is very tall for his age. I even bought one for my neiece this past winter and she loved it too.
In the summer with air conditioning, "little ones" still need a blanket, and a summer weight "version" would be GREAT!!!!!

Despite the poor stitching of the elastic on the bottom where it bunches at the feet I absolutely love this product! My baby always wrapped a regular blanket around her head! It's frightening to find your child like that checking in on her! I love these because the have legs so babies that are old enough to move around as they sleep don't get all twisted up etc. My baby is 22 months now and I still love to use them...I know as she rolls all over the place in her crib at night that she is warm. I also put them on her during road trips and on chilly mornings just to play. I think they are a tad expensive esp. since the stitching at bottom is poor(the elastic shows and has a little stitching that wraps around it) but would buy them again. The rest of the blanket has held up great.
We love these blankets! Our twins keep outgrowing them, and we keep buying the next size up, and we will probably continue to do that until they outgrow the largest size. Then, we pass down the outgrown ones to my nephew (who is 5 months younger), and he loves them too! Our kids just roll right out from under their loose blankets, so these keep them nice and toasty warm on cooler nights.
My son has used this product for almost a year. We haven't had any problems with the seams. We've washed them several times and they continue to be in tact. I feel like my baby and I both sleep better because of this product. He doesn't wake up from being cold and I don't worry about him smothering himself with a blanket during the night. This product is great!
I was using sleepsacks until my daughter started standing in the crib. I dreaded the idea of her sleeping without covers (I love my goosedown!). I found these and was thrilled. At first they were a little long on her but the loose elastic around the ankle usually kept them from slipping over her feet. I knew she was warm and cozy so I slept better! Now that it's warm I keep searching for a similar blanket in a light cotton but I can't seem to find one. So I've been dressing her in light PJ's and still using the fleece blankeaze (we use the AC most nights). She's happy, I just wish blankeaze came in cotton...hear that blankeaze?
I bought two of these and use it every night on my little guy who is now 7 months old. Since he was able to roll over I wanted something that allowed him to move around and still stay warm without using a blanket. This works great. He stays warm and he can move around as much as he likes. He sleeps great in it.
I love this product for my 23 month old daughter who pulls her clothes and diaper off at nap time. The only con is that they are only available in fleece and we are in Texas so they are just too warm to wear in the summer. I would give it five stars if they made ones that were lighter weight material for the spring/summer time.
Lat month I bought 2 of these because my 2 year old son needed a bigger sleep sack type product and I thought this would be perfect with his feet free. I have used the Blankeaze about 8 times and one of them is already falling apart. The seams are unraveling and there are strings sticking out along the zipper. This is not going to last long at all. For the price, I expected the product to last a lot longer. I am very unhappy with this product. Great idea, cheap product.
Blankeaze is a wearable blanket for an infant or toddler and it's worn over PJ's. It's great because it's non-bulky but yet provides great cover for the child in any season. Wearing light weight PJ's beneath is great for warmer weather or putting warmer Pj's with feet in cooler weather makes it an all season item.
This is GREAT because my son can't take it off in the morning when he decides that it's time to get undressed in his crib & remove his diaper! Having the zipper in the back is wonderful. My only small complaint is that the 3T size we ordered runs small. I wish they were available in bigger sizes for taller than average toddlers. It would also be nice if they came in a cotton fabric in addition to the fleece.
The size is smaller than what is actually given on the product. But this is a must have for active babies who love to kick their legs.
I have twin boys born at 28 weeks gestation. They have required oxygen since they came home from the hospital. That means they have tubing coming off of their face and in the crib while they sleep. I was terrified that the tubing would wrap around their necks while sleeping. I found this sleeper and thought it could help by having the tubing run down the leg and out the foot of the sleeper. It worked wonderfully. The one time I forgot to put them on at bedtime, one of my boys woke up with the tubing wrapped around his neck twice. I will never forget it again! The sleepers are soft and comfortable, but most important for me, they help keep my twins safe.
