I use this product opened up with the ends wedged on either side of our large L shaped sofa in our living room. It makes a huge play area that holds up to our 9 month old pulling himself up and "cruising" along the sides. We've had it for a month and has been worth every penny. The older kids and I can be in the "playpen" with my son; there is tons of room. Or I know he is safe if I have to be in the other room. Our house has very wide room entrances and a wide staircase so this gate/pen works very well for us.

I bought this for my 1 year old. It folds up nicely for storage and travel. Sh ewould no longer stay in the pack n play whe i would try to get things done (like cooking!). Now i set this up and put toys in the middle. She has enought room to move and walk back and forth and does not seem to mind it. She is able to move it though. It is light weight and easy for her to push and slid it across the hardwood floor. make sure you don't use it near the top of stairs. Works well outside too!

Very large play area, give baby plenty of room to play, love that it is tall enough to be used for quite a while. only con is that it is soooo light that baby can "walk" with the gate, she pushes it a good 2 or 3 inches.

On a recent visit, keeping our daughter and son-in-law's new twins in one outside area was sort of like lifting weights, constantly picking them up and returning them to the family seating area. Before our last visit, I set up the Play Yard and put the adults' chairs around it. Everyone enjoyed the arrangement. It will be used inside at the twins' home, and travel back to our place for visits. Good investment.

the sides are not at all stable. If a child pulls on the sides or top, they can actually move a whole section inward and knock another child over.

Overall I am very happy with this product. We purchased this item to keep our two one-year olds safe and secure outside. I love that it is higher than the usual superyard and the gate is great for getting in and out! It is also very large! I fit comfortably with the two little boys and my almost four year old can join us if he wants.That being said, it is slightly less stable that I had originally anticipated when all 8 panels are together. I still love it and it will serve it's purpose well this summer.

Was an okay product but didn't stand up to our toddler boys. I would recommend it if you're not going to be using it on a daily basis. It's not very easy to travel with because it's bulky. We have an SUV and it took up most of the room in the back.

This product worked great for about a month. then the knobs got loose and wouldn't tighten anymore. I called the company and they said they would send me replacement knobs. They sent me ONE knob and no explanation of how to attach it. I was very disappointed in this product.

I've had it at home for a few weeks only but I wish I would've ordered this sooner. My son (13mths) hated his playpen, limited space and he would always cry when we would sit him there. HE IS SO HAPPY now with this new setup, lots of room and since he is starting to walk there is enough room for that too and for plenty of toys. Even his older brother gets in there with him to play too!

I also liked the idea of taking it on trips and setting it up almost anywhere. Great buy!

We have two sets. One is used as a play area. I took the other apart and made two sets of two panels and one set of four. I use these to block stairways, etc. It's a little tough to separate the pieces, but that also tells me that they're not going to come apart by accident. When it's used as a play area, it's plenty roomy, and the baby doesn't feel cramped or confined.
