I got this so I could take my 4 month-old and my 3 year-old to the pool/splash pad this spring/summer. It was great to have my hands free to play in the water and take care of my toddler. My only complaint is that the leg openings are really hard to open (they have both buckles and velcro fasteners). I ended up just pushing his legs through. It is very secure.

This is a great product. I got it to use when we went on a cruise. I have a 7 month old and a 2 year old and needed something to use when swimming so that both of my hands were free to help my 2 year old. Plus, my 7 month old gets so heavy to hold. The pouch worked great in the ocean and was definitely a great purchase. It was a little tricky to figure out at first, but it isn't too bad once you do it a few times. It definitely is not as secure as a regular baby carrier (Baby Bjorn type product) that you would use walking around, but for the water, it is great.

I use this carrier at an indoor pool with my five month old. I also have a 21 month old! This carrier has saved me, and I have had other moms asking me where I got it. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it if you have more than one little one to watch in the water. It's very well made and the baby really enjoys being in it. Cons--not ideal for small babies and does cause redness at top of baby's legs. Still, the pros far outweigh the cons. I bought another water carrier first and sent it back. It was cheaper but so uncomfortable and not sturdy at all! This is worth the price.

I just love this item! It is very comfortable and easy to use once you put it on a couple of times! I have put my five month old in it this past week and he just loved it. He was able to kick around and splash too! You will not regret purchasing this for your infant/child. My only regret is that I did not have this for my first son. Having this item will allow me to take my baby and my 4-year old to the indoor pools still! Have fun!

I loved having this on vacation and in my neighborhood pool. It packed up very well and fit in our suitcase without taking up a lot of room. It is smaller than my bjorn carrier. My baby is 17 pounds and almost 8 months old and fit in it great, I think a little smaller or bigger would still fit great and be comfortable. I loved having my hands free to be able to take care of my other children while in the pool. My daughter loved it, she kicked around in the water and was really happy. I also liked the shoulder straps, they have a lot of padding and our comfortable.

I hesitated at first on this purchase. I wanted to use it for vacation but it did not arrive in enough time. I just used it this past weekend at a waterpark. I have a 5 month old and she was comfortable in it. The carrier dried quickly by laying it on a chair in the sun. It says that you can use it with a chils between 10 and 25 lbs. My child is a little over 15 lbs and she was comfortable. I am not sure it will hold a 25 lb child, but we will see.

I've been looking for this product for a few months and purchased to use with 8mo while minding a toddler. Really helps manage the two in the pool and getting into the water. Found it pretty good for just above waist deep water. Had to be very careful with baby's face while bending over and chest deep water - baby tended to slip forward a bit. I will try adjusting further to see if I can fix this isse.

I am a mother of four. It makes being in the pool with the other three much easier. Essentially I have two free hands to allow the big kids to swim to me. The baby loves kicking and splashing, it keeps her very happy. I don't like the slight chaffing under her armpits and the side vents are totally open. They are not secure like a baby bjorn. The porpoise pouch has made my life so much easier this summer.

I love this product! It does keep the baby warm allowing you to stay in the pool longer. It's very easy to put on and place the baby in (as opposed to some other front carriers I've had). It dried very quickly when done and is very lightweight so it's great to throw in the pool bag! t freed up my hands to play ball and be available for my other small children who are good swimmers but sometimes need a hand. The slightly padded straps are very comfortable. My baby is able to be near me and safe, able to splash and play, and stay in the water.

This product is great for in & around the pool! I am actually able to take my 8 mo old & my 2.5 yr old into the pool together w/o any worries of not being able to hold onto one of them since my hands are free w/the baby. Highly reccommended

i have identical twins and a four year old. the porpoise pouch allows me to hold one and pouch the other for recreational swimming and lessons. i used to use a traditional baby bjorn which really s***** when it got wet. the neoprene and nylon design dries quickly and doesn't get water logged. in all a great product.

I have an older child and this is great because it keeps my hands free and also keeps my baby warm while in the pool. We are going to a waterpark later in the summer and this will work wonderful there as well.
