I love this thing. It comes in so handy in public restrooms and when we are at someone's house whose toilet isn't prepared for a tiny little bottom. Yes, I can hold her up on an adult-sized toilet seat, but with this I don't have to and I still have both hands free to help her with everything else. For the modest price, I will more than get my money's worth.

This potty seat is very convenient for travel. Although I wouldn't use it in our home daily, because it leaves a little ring on my son's bottom. But for a day out, it works perfect!

My daughter is 2 and potty trained but was afraid of the big public toilets. I let her put stickers on this travel seat and now she loves to go potty in public with her seat. The handles are great because they give her something to hold on to instead of touching all of the germy surfaces in public rest rooms.

This seat works great. It doesn't pinch; I'm not sure what people are talking about. It is durable but light enough to carry in the diaper bag. My 2.5 year old loves to unfold and fold it, which makes her want to use it. I like the handles because she used to hold onto the dirty public toilet seat. Now she holds on and doesn't touch everything else. We use it strictly for public toilet or when visiting grandma.

Previous complaints about this product seem to have been addressed by the manufacturer. The seat is sturdy (my preschooler weighs 38 lbs.) and there is no problem with hinges pinching or the seat collapsing. Although it is probably not sturdy enough for daily use, I don't think it's intended for that. We keep ours in the diaper bag and use it several times a week with no complaints.

Good product - great for away from home with a toddler potty training - little girl. Wish it had a durable cloth type bag for storage and hauling in diaper bag.

I use this product when I am on the go with my grandchild. It is cleaner to use this potty sit when using the public restrooms. My grandchild is now willing to go potty because the sit has handles and she feels safe.

I got this along with the potty watch and it was a waste of money I am still thinking of returning it because I still need to pay for mailing it and that is just crazy the circle is too small maybe for a tiny child a early training but I can't use this. This was the last time I order on this site the returns are complicated if I have to pay for it.

I purchased it for a Disney trip, because my daughter holds on to the toilets while peeing (she is 2) but the problem is she pees all over the place when we use it because the position of the seat is in the front of the toilet. It worked great for my 8 month old, but even then he is boy so he just pees all over the place. I like the cushion round seats they sell I would use that over this one next time.

My daughter loves this toilet seat. She wants to use it at home, she likes it so much. It is easy to use and transport, and the fact that it folds so the surfaces that touch the toilet only touch each other makes it truly awesome.

I got this while potty training my son because he always felt like he was "going to fall in". Completely solved the problem. Fits perfect in my bag, is easy, and conveniant. My son even reminds mamaw and papaw to use it when they take him too. He is potty trained now and still uses it, I don't think he would have been if he was still scared to sit on the public toilets. I did have to explain how it sits on the toilet to the g-parents though. IF you don't put it on the outside of the seat, it will pinch.

My daughter tried to use this a few times during potty training (18 months to 2 years & 26 pounds). It would have worked great if not for 1.) her feeling like she was going to fall in, 2.) it pinching her bottom and leaving marks.

I kept it for my son (now potty training at 2 & 23 pounds), and he loved folding and unfolding it. But once he tried to sit on it, he wanted nothing more to do with it. He pushed it away and wont even play with it anymore.

Overall, I hate to say, but with two strikes, it was a waste of money. With more thought for the issues at hand, this is a great idea but just needs a little more time put into the designs.

We have loved this potty seat! My 3 year old son just recently finished potty training but when we were away from the house, he wouldn't go on public toilets b/c he felt uncomfortable even w/me holding him. So he would hold it until we got home. The first time we took this seat w/us, he used it & did awesome! He loves it! Kind of the downside to that is that now he says he has to go potty sometimes when he doesn't have to just so he can use his potty seat ;)
The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because the weight limit is 40 pounds & he is about 38 pounds & I guess I didn't notice that in the description. Also, the handles aren't in the best place. They need to be more to the side because my son still holds on to the toilet seat.
