Euro II Versatile Highchair

$119.95

It's a highchair for babies, a booster for tots, a student chair for teens. Our sleek hardwood chair delivers greater value than others, because it's sturdy enough to support an adult. (Beware of look-alikes; only ours supports 18-250 lbs.) With removable safety bar and five-point harness and cushion. Begin using chair once baby can sit up alone. 15-minute assembly. • Good Design, Poor Quality

  • We purchased these chairs for our three kids about six years ago. The design is great, we appreciated the adjustability, and the footrests are terrific for fidgety kids. The finish is not great - there were bubbles and streaks in the paint upon arrival. However, my biggest complaint is that after some time, the bolts would no longer tighten adequately, and the seat would often slip out of the track while the kids were sitting on them. They eventually became so unsafe that we got rid of the chairs. We were hoping that these would be a more economical alternative to the Stokke Tripp Trapp and something we would keep for a long time, but were very dissatisfied with the quality. Definitely get what you pay for!

  • used to be better

  • This is also our third chair, since they grow. The quality is much worse now than when we got our first of these about 8 years ago. I agree with the wood splitting, being scratchy, and layered veneer coming off in places. We got replacement parts and they still had imperfections. Also, there are fewer grooves now for this chair to grow with our child (our ten year old uses her old chair with the foot platform on the lowest setting, but our 5 yr old already has the foot platform on the lowest setting, so the new chair won't last as long.) They used to have a youth version of this chair without the straps and bar. That would be useful, if the quality could get back to what it was.

  • Good for the Price

  • We've had this highchair for over 4 years. We used it for both our kids and our youngest (2.5 yr old) is using it as a chair now. The dark brown color matches perfectly with our dark brown wooden dinner table. The chair does chip easily with the dark brown color but for the price I wasn't upset about it. The other convertible high chairs that match our decor were way more expensive. The cushions split open after 2 years and unfortunately I couldn't find replacements. I just covered them with another fabric and used Velcro tape to secure to seat. PROS: reasonable price for type of highchair; nice look that blends with adult furniture; easy to assemble and adjust as child grows CONS: Darker color chips easily ; cushion plastic does not last

  • Horrible Chair

  • I bought this for my five year old. The chair is very poor quality. While putting it together it already had scratches and the wood was cracking. Not as sturdy as we expected. The color is also off from the pictures online, the actual color is almost black.

  • Great Chair, Lousy Cushion

  • We bought two of these for our then toddlers (now 4 and 6). The chairs have been great, but we are on our 3rd cushions for each. The cushions are cheap and fall apart, and now it appears that the replacement cushions are no longer available for sale! There is velcro on the chair so I can't even just take them off!
